This website is operated by IDEA MEDS (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are responsible for the personal data we collect through this website and through our communications with you. You can contact us at support@idea-meds.shop or by post at 103 Dacia Boulevard, Sector 2, 020054 Bucharest, Romania.
02. Information we collect
We collect only the information we need:
- Information you give us: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message when you use our contact form or email us.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring address and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Business contact information: when you or your organisation work with us as a partner or supplier, we process the contact details needed to manage that relationship.
We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health data) through this website. Please do not send us such information through the contact form.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this website.
