01. Scope
This policy applies wherever IDEA MEDS has agreed in writing to deliver goods to you.
02. Processing time
Confirmed orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will be notified if processing takes longer.
03. Delivery times
Delivery within the United States and the European Union usually takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. Delivery to other destinations may take longer. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
04. Tracking
Where a tracking service is available, you will receive a tracking reference once your parcel has been dispatched.
05. Customs, duties and local law
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs checks, which are the responsibility of the recipient. You are responsible for making sure that the import of any goods is permitted in your country.
06. Address accuracy
Please check your delivery details carefully. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
07. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@idea-meds.shop within 7 days. Please include your order reference and, for damaged items, photos of the packaging and contents. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.
08. Circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruption or customs holds.
